ZX series super intelligent constant temperature circulator, also known as low temperature bath, is a high precision constant temperature source with its own refrigeration and heating. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, biochemical, physical property testing and chemical analysis research departments, universities, factory laboratories and metrological quality inspection departments. It can be used for constant temperature experiment in the tank, or connected to other equipment through hose, and used as a constant temperature source, such as rotary evaporator, electrophoresis instrument, viscometer, medical cold cap, cooling blanket, etc., or used for other equipment. Circulating cooling, such as electron microscopy, molecular pump, diffusion pump, microwave therapy instrument, etc., provides a field source with controlled heat and cold and uniform temperature.

ZX series super intelligent constant temperature circulator is divided into six series of ZX -5 , ZX -8 , ZX -10 , ZX -15 , ZX -20 and ZX -30 . Each series has four models A , B , C and D. .

First, the main features:

Note: Because the electric heater is on and off, that is, the power of the whole machine changes during operation, the “input power” and “electric heater power” in the table are separated into separate columns to express more clearly. The power supplied by the user should meet the current required for the sum of the two.

Third, the control panel operation :

      

1. Panel description

( 1 ) Refrigeration indicator : when the light is on, the cooling is turned on; if the light is not on, there is no cooling;

( 2 ) Cycle indicator: the light is on and the cycle is on; if the light is off, there is no cycle ;

( 3 ) Heating indicator light: when the light is on, the heating is turned on; if the light is on, it is in the temperature control state ;

( 4 ) Liquid shortage warning light: the liquid indicator is in the liquid tank and the indicator light is flashing and there is an alarm sound;

(5) Button ON : Power button ;  

(6) Button OFF : Shutdown button ;

(7) button : the cooling switch controls whether the cooling is turned on ; whether the cooling indicator indicates whether it is working ;

(8) button : Switching cycle, the control loop is turned on; to indicate whether the working cycle indicator;

(9) button : Function setting button, see the following basic operations for detailed operation ;

( 1 0) button : Set the increase button, increase the number of buttons when the temperature and time are set ;

( 1 1) button : Set the decrease button, the button for reducing the number when the temperature and time are set ;

( 1 2) Power: Total power switch. Turn on the power switch, the switch unit indicator light, light is not turned off.

2. Basic operations:

After power-on, turn on the power switch, press the power-on button ON , the upper and lower LED windows of the instrument flash, the digital display window A displays the actual temperature, and the digital display window B displays the target temperature (this setting can be between -10 °C and 99 °C) . Any temperature point setting) Press the SET button in this state to start the instrument .

2.1 Temperature setting

Press SET button during operation , the instrument enters the set target temperature state. At this time, the digital display window A displays SET1 , and the digital display window B displays the target temperature to be set. You can change the target temperature by pressing the increase and decrease button.

2.2 The following settings

Every time the temperature was set to complete the SET key digital display windows A, respectively SET2.

SET3.SET4 , at this time, the corresponding digital display window B can be set to 0000 .

2.3 temperature correction

After the SET4 setting is completed, press the SET button again, the instrument enters the set temperature calibration state. At this time, the digital display window A displays SET5 , and the digital display window B displays the calibration temperature to be set. Press the increase and decrease button to change the calibration temperature.

2.4 Press the SET button again and the instrument will run according to the set parameters .

Note: When the set temperature is higher than 40 degrees, the refrigerator cannot be turned on.

Fourth, the use of:

1. Open the sink cover and add the media to a distance of about 2 cm from the edge of the sink.

2. Connect the rubber tube at the outlet of the circulating water pump to the device to be thermostated, and the interface should not leak. The shortest possible takeover should be used to reduce drag.

3. Plug the power plug into a dedicated stand-alone outlet.

4. Open the “Power” switch on the head panel and power on the control panel. Set parameters such as temperature according to the description of "Control Panel Operation" above.

5. The shutdown sequence is: first turn off “cooling”, then turn off “circulation pump”, then press and hold the “power off” button on the control panel to put the control panel in standby state, then turn off the “power” switch.

6. There is a drain valve in the lower part of the instrument. It can be tightened during use. When the liquid needs to be replaced, the drain valve can be opened.

Five, the use of matters needing attention:

1. Avoid direct sunlight on the instrument.

2. Environmental conditions: The ambient temperature should be lower than 32 °C , the relative humidity is lower than 80%, and there is no corrosive gas.

3. Be sure to fill the circulating medium (about 1 ~ 2cm from the edge of the sink ) before powering on , otherwise it will be short of liquid alarm.

4, the instrument should be well ventilated around the use, no less than 30cm from the wall or obstacles .

5. Independent power supply (220V 50Hz 10A) must be used and properly grounded.

6. Stop and release the medium before moving the instrument. The inclination of the instrument during handling must be less than 30 degrees.

7. The refrigeration system must not be frequently started and stopped. For example, the frequent switching system automatically delays the start for 3 minutes (see “Control Panel Operation”).

8, the circulating medium to be used in different temperature adjustments in a timely manner, only when heated, purified water or distilled water, to maintain good water quality, otherwise fouled easily accept dirty, affecting the normal heating and cooling equipment.

9. When the machine is deactivated for a long time, the liquid in the water tank should be drained and wiped clean with gauze.
