Routine cultivation of mushrooms, the fruiting period is concentrated in autumn and spring. After harvesting of the autumn mushroom, in order to win the yield of spring mushroom, the management of wintering needs to grasp four key points.

Clean the material surface: After the harvest of the autumn mushroom, clear the old mycelium of the dead mushroom, the old fungus block, and the dried yellow in time to avoid breeding of the bacteria and block the rat damage.

Ventilation holes: autumn mushrooms moisturizing mushrooms in the past two months, mushroom room humidity, culture materials and cover soil moisture is high, unfavorable mycelial growth. For this purpose, after the material surface is cleaned up, the mushroom house door and window are opened, large ventilation is performed, and a hole is punched in the material surface with a pointed wooden stick to discharge the moisture and exhaust gas in the material and promote the recovery of the mycelium.

Supplementary nutrition: the cultivation of mushrooms through the autumn, nutrient consumption, pH value, must be added nutrition. The method is: take the cow's urine and calcium superphosphate to boil according to 200:5, after cooling, take the clear liquid to spray the mushroom bed, and take the wetness as the degree. At the same time, the pH of the cover soil was adjusted to between 7 and 7.5, and the mycelium exposed on the bed surface was covered with fine soil so as to prevent the hyphae from freezing when the cold current arrived.

Insulation overwintering: After the mushroom bed is treated as above, all doors and windows are insulated. In case of cool weather, straw or cotton wool will be stamped outside the doors and windows to ensure that the new hyphae will safely pass through the winter.
