In some S195 diesel engines, the vibration of the walking tractor is particularly severe. The driver should not panic and disassemble. The specific diagnostic procedures are as follows: First, check whether the four M12 bolts connected to the engine base and the frame are loose. After the tightening, the fault has not been eliminated. You can press the next check. 2. Remove the drive belt, push and pull the flywheel in the axial direction by hand, and check the axial clearance of the flywheel. If the axial clearance is too large, the thickness of the main bearing cover gasket can be reduced. If it is invalid, it is caused by the looseness of the flywheel. Check whether the flywheel nut is loose. If the tightening torque of the flywheel nut is sufficient and the flywheel is still loose, it is a "false fastening". This means that when the crankshaft or flywheel is replaced, the taper between the crankshaft and the flywheel is inconsistent. The two cannot fit tightly together. The shoulder of the crankshaft end is exposed. After the flywheel nut is tightened, it is not pressed on the end face of the flywheel hub. The shoulder of the crankshaft is blocked, and a steel washer with a proper thickness can be added between the flywheel nut and the flywheel. In addition, special attention should be paid to checking whether the flywheel flat keys are loose or damaged. Once a rolling key occurs, the machine must vibrate. 3. If the flywheel is normal, you can remove the rear cover of the diesel engine and rotate the flywheel by hand. Normally, when the piston is at the top dead center (forefront), the two large heads of the balance iron should be located at the last place; when the piston is at bottom dead center, the balance block Should be at the forefront. If this is not the case, it means that the timing is disorderly and must be calibrated. 4. Remove the timing gear chamber cover and check that the timing gear assembly marks are aligned. If the meshing is correct, the balance shaft bearing should be inspected for wear, looseness or damage, and whether the balance shaft gear flat key cracks or removes chamfers. If the above check is correct, check whether the flat key between the crankshaft timing gear and the crankshaft is in good condition and whether there is a rolling key phenomenon.
