Korea discovers new plant genes that are resistant to extremely harsh environments

According to reports by South Korean media recently that Korean scientists have discovered that plants have a gene that targets harsh environments, they have found ways to allow plants to grow under drought and other extreme weather conditions. This has made it possible for farmers to grow crops that can tolerate various climates. .
Huang Renhuan, a professor of biology at Pohang University of Science and Technology, who led the study, said: "The study is of great significance to solving the agricultural problems caused by global warming and water scarcity."
