1 Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the terms, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the dip-washing bottle washer.

5 Technical requirements 5.1 General technical requirements 5.1.1 The bottle washer shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.

5.1.2 All parts of the bottle washing machine shall pass the inspection and the purchased parts shall have the certificate of conformity.

5.2 General machine quality requirements 5.2.1 The capacity of the bottle washer should meet the requirements of Article 4.3.

5.2.2 The water consumption per hour of the bottle washer shall not exceed 1.6t per 10,000 bottles.

5.2.3 Bottle washing machine crushing rate is not more than 3 ‰.

5.2.4 The pass rate of washing bottles should reach ≥99%.

5.2.5 The amount of water remaining in the bottle after washing, the single bottle does not exceed 0.5g.

5.2.6 The bottle washer should ensure sufficient soaking process of alkaline water for a period of not less than 2.5 minutes.

5.2.7 After the main machine transport and the bottle basket are assembled, the operation should be smooth.

5.2.8 The bottle feeding mechanism shall ensure that the bottle is smoothly fed into the bottle basket.

5.2.9 The ejector mechanism shall allow the bottles to be smoothly removed from the bottle basket and transported to the delivery conveyor chain.

5.2.10 The bottle conveyor chain and the bottle handling mechanism shall ensure the smooth passage of the bottle.

5.2.11 The noise of the bottle washer is not more than 85dB (A) during operation.

5.2.12 The bottle washing machine shall be provided with automatic steam heating device, and each water tank shall be provided with overflow holes to ensure the reasonable circulation of the water source.

5.2.13 The welds and joints of water tanks, water pipes and steam pipes shall not leak.

5.2.14 The paint of the bottle washer shall comply with the provisions of QB842.7.

5.2.15 Pipes, electrical wiring troughs, wire and tube should be arranged neatly, the display of signs, lights, and watches should be clear and eye-catching.

5.2.16 After the bottle washer is installed and commissioned, it should be idling, repeated 4 times each time for 4 hours.

5.2.17 Bottle washing machine * The service period before the overhaul is 8000h.

5.3 Safety technical requirements 5.3.1 All exposed rotating parts shall be provided with safety shields.

5.3.2 The bottle washer should have an overload protection device.

5.3.3 The bottle washer should be equipped with manholes, window doors and drain doors to facilitate the installation, maintenance, removal of dirt and removal of broken glass.

5.3.4 The electrical control device shall be safe and reliable and shall comply with the relevant standards.

5.3.5 All water pump suction ports on the bottle washer should be equipped with a strainer.

5.3.6 The steam pipe outside the bottle washer shall have a heat insulation layer, and the surface temperature of the insulation layer shall not exceed 45 °C.

6 Test method 6.1 Production capacity test Start the host, measure the speed n of the drive shaft, and perform the conversion. The test results should meet the requirements of 5.2.1.

6.2 Water consumption per hour test When the bottle washer is in normal operation, the flow meter is connected to the main water inlet pipe. The test result should meet the requirements of 5.2.2, and the test time is not less than 2h.

6.3 Broken bottle rate test When the bottle washer has been put into normal production, record the number of bottles and the number of bottles and calculate the bottle breaking rate according to formula (1).


The results should meet the requirements of 5.3.4, and the test time is not less than 2h.

6.5 Residual water quantity test: 100 bottles were randomly taken from the bottle outlet. The water in the bottle was absorbed by the absorbent paper weighed by the analytical balance, and then weighed. The added mass is the residual water. The test result should meet the 5.2.5. Article requirements.

6.6 Water tank leakage test Each water tank is filled with water to the height of the liquid level line, and there shall be no leakage within 2 hours.

6.7 Noise is measured according to GB3768.

7 Inspection rules 7.1 Factory inspection 7.1.1 Each product shall be factory-tested by the competent quality department and issued with a certificate of conformity.

7.1.2 The factory inspection of the bottle washer shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 of this standard.

7.2 Type inspection 7.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases.

a. The prototype of the product is completed or transferred to the factory for production;

b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials and processes, which may affect product performance;

c. Every two years during official production;

d. After the product is discontinued for one year, it will resume production;

e. When the national quality supervision agency requests the type inspection.

7.2.2 The items of type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with all the contents specified in Chapter 5.

6.3.3 Sampling according to 10% of the production batch, but not less than one.

6.3.4 All items of the type inspection are qualified. The products in this batch are qualified products. If there is any failure, the product should be doubled. If the product is still unqualified, the product is a non-conforming product.

8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 8.1 Marking 8.1.1 The bottle washer shall fix the product label at the specified position. The type and size of the label shall comply with the provisions of JB8.

8.1.2 Product labeling has the following contents:

a. manufacturer's name;

b. Product model and name;

c. main technical parameters of the product;

d. Factory date and product number.

8.2 Packaging 8.2.1 When the bottle washing machine is shipped from the factory, the manufacturer may not pack it; in order to consider dustproof, a layer of plastic cloth may be added.

8.2.2 Bottle washing machine factory technical documents:

a. Instruction manual, factory certificate, packing list.

b. Supporting parts: instruction manual, certificate of conformity.

8.3 Transportation and storage 8.3.1 The washing machine should be transported in accordance with GB6388 and JB2536.

8.3.2 After the bottle washing machine has passed the inspection, it should be stored in the warehouse with the top cover. It should not be exposed to the sun or rain. The important parts should be coated with anti-rust oil. The motor should be wrapped with rainproof cloth or plastic cloth.
