The solution that the regulating valve is often stuck or blocked

(1) Unloading the valve to clean the welding slag, rust, slag, etc. in the pipeline will cause blockage or jam in the throttle port, the guiding part, and the balance hole of the lower bonnet, causing strain on the curved surface and the guiding surface of the valve core. And scratches, indentations on the sealing surface, and the like. This phenomenon often occurs during the start-up period and the initial stage of operation after the overhaul, which is a common fault of Zui. In this case, the valve must be dismounted to clean, remove the slag, if the sealing surface is damaged, it should be ground, and the bottom cover is opened to wash off the slag falling from the balance hole into the lower bonnet, and the tube The road is rinsed. Before commissioning, let the regulating valve open completely, and the medium will flow into the normal operation after a period of time.
(2) When external gas or steam is used for flushing, when the ordinary regulating valve is used, some mediums which are easy to precipitate and contain solid particles often cause blockage at the throttle opening and the guiding position, and the bottom valve bottom plug can be opened, and the gas or steam line is externally flushed. When a blockage or jam occurs, the external gas or steam valve is opened, and the flushing operation can be completed without moving the regulating valve to make the valve operate normally.
(3) Installation of the pipe filter for the small-diameter regulating valve, especially the small flow regulating valve, the throttle gap is small, and there is no slag in the medium. In case of such a blockage, Zui installed a filter on the front of the valve to ensure the smooth passage of the medium.
(4) Switch to other types of regulating valves, such as changing straight-through single and double-seat valves into sleeve valves, angle valves, etc. Single and double seat valve throttle area and circumferential distribution, small clearance, easy to block and jam; sleeve valve throttle area is concentrated, window shape, large gap, easy to pass slag; straight valve is inverted S-shaped flow path, on There are many dead zones in the lower chamber, which provide a place for medium precipitation; the angle valve is an inverted L-shaped flow path, and the medium flows like 90.
