YDQ series inflatable high voltage test transformer use method:
1. Connect the working circuit according to Figure 2 and ground it well.
2. Press the XCJH/HTC manual to set the voltage and current settings first.
3. Boost is performed according to the regulations, and the boosting speed must be less than 3000V/s.
4. When the voltage rises to the test voltage, start timing. After 1 minute, quickly step down to 1/3 of the test voltage to cut off the power.
5. During the re-boost or pressure test, if the following abnormal conditions are found, immediately depressurize, cut off the power supply, stop the test and find out the cause.

6. The ninth item in Figure 1 is a pressure valve and pressure gauge for long-term shutdown. Open the valve every 6 months to check the SF6 pressure, which should be no less than 0.4MPa (close the valve immediately after checking the pressure). 7. Before and after the pressure test, measure the insulation resistance of the equipment under test and check the insulation.
