The specific workflow of the automatic washing machine

The automatic washing machine is a new type of cleaning equipment designed and manufactured by our company for cleaning and drying of the turnover box. It can clean the turnover box and food tray. The drying section removes moisture and quickly puts it into production. The moisture removal rate can reach more than 85%. The automatic washing machine is continuous cleaning, with strong cleaning ability, and can wash the inside and outside, upper, lower, left and right multi-faceted back of the box. The workflow of the automatic washing machine is as follows:

1. Dispensing: Put the turnover box that needs to be cleaned into the conveyor belt of the washing machine, and the turnover box enters the *washing section with the conveyor belt;

2.* Washing: The object enters the *washing section to spray the high-pressure water in four directions. After the spray is washed, the water flows back to the *water tank for recycling. The water may contain an appropriate amount of non-corrosive cleaning agent;

3. Second washing: entering the second washing section for high-pressure water spray washing in four directions, the water is returned to the second water tank after the spray washing, and is recycled;

4. Cycling flushing: high-pressure spray washing of the object with filtered warm water, and warm water flowing back to the third water tank for recycling;

5. Drying: The inside of the machine uses heated air to blow the moisture on the surface of the object to achieve the drying effect;

6. Recycling: The toss box that has been dried out of the machine will be recycled.
