Pearl tea is one of the major export green tea in Zhejiang, and most of its products are exported. Historically, Zhucha was concentrated in the export of refined water in Pingshui Town of Shaoxing City. It has a reputation of “flat waterdrop tea”. Its product is called flat roasted green, and because its shape is round, also known as round fried green. The annual processing volume is about 40,000 tons. Pearl tea processing points to kill green, rubbing, drying three processes. Drying is the key process for the processing of pearl tea into gardens.
