B , storage conditions:

C , pre-treatment method of dialysis bag:
1. Cut the dialysis bag into small pieces of appropriate length (10-20 cm);
2. Boil the dialysis bag in a large volume (500 mL) of 2% (w/v) sodium bicarbonate and 1 mmol/L EDTA.2Na (pH=8.0) for 10 min, rinse thoroughly with distilled water and then place in 500 mL of 1 Boil for 10 min in mmol/L EDTA.2Na (pH=8.0);
3. Remove the dialysis bag thoroughly with distilled water.
4. If not used, the dialysis bag should be completely immersed in the dialysis bag storage solution and stored at 4-37 degrees.
5. Before dialysis bag is soaked in the dialysis bag storage solution, the dialysis bag must be filled with water and then drained, cleaned, and rinsed three times inside and outside.
The experimental requirements are not high, you can use the simple treatment method: you can use it in boiling water for 10 minutes.
