Grafting and Cultivating Technology of Cucumber

Cucumber cultivation in cucumber greenhouses, greenhouses, and other facilities is more frequent than ever, and rotation is difficult, and soil-borne diseases such as blight are prone to occur. The use of cucumber grafting cultivation, cucumber wilt disease control effect of 95%. At the same time, the grafted seedlings have strong roots, strong growth, strong anti-low temperature capability, and large melons, and the total yield is more than 20% higher than that of self-rooted seedlings. The rootstock for grafting cucumbers in production is preferably black squash and southern anvil. First, seedbed preparation. The nutrient soil was used to cultivate rootstock seedlings. The proportions of the nutrient soils were: 6 parts of fertile garden soil, 4 decomposed horse dung and 4 round manures, and 1 mect of dry manure or chicken manure per cubic meter of mixed soil. -25 kg, 0.5-1 kg of superphosphate, 5-10 kg of plant ash, fully mix well. The scionling seedlings are cultivated in nutritious soil with seedling trays (the rootstock seedlings can also be cultivated in seedling trays when they are docked). The nutrient soil used is half-mixed with soil and sand, and 3 kg of NPK fertilizer per cubic meter of nutritive soil is used. . Second, sowing. (1) Sowing period: The grafting method is mainly the plugging method and the connection method. During the suitable sowing time of cucumber, the sowing date of the rootstock (black-skinned squash, etc.) is: the seeding method is 5-7 days later than the cucumber; the plug-in method Sow 4-5 days earlier than cucumber. (2) Cucumber seed germination: Use full seeds, germinate with water at 30°C for 4 hours. The seed can also be soaked in 100-fold formalin solution for 10-20 minutes, washed with fresh water for 3-4 hours, and then germinated at 25-30°C for 1 day. (3) Black seed pumpkin seed treatment. Put the seeds into hot water of 70-80°C and pour back and forth. When the water temperature drops to 30°C, wash the mucus on the seed coat, soak it in warm water of 30°C for 10-12 hours, remove and drain the water. Priming at 25-30°C, sprouting 1-2 days. Third, before the management. After germination, more than 70% of seeds can be sown and covered with plastic film after sowing. The bed temperature before seedling exhumation was kept at 25-30°C during the day, 16-20°C at night, and the ground temperature was 20-25°C. When the seedlings are unearthed, remove the plastic film on the bed. After the seedlings are flushed, 0.3 cm thick semi-dry fine soil is spread in the bed. After the seedlings were unearthed, the first true leaf was unfolded. During the day, the seedbed temperature was 24-28°C, nighttime was 15-17°C, and the ground temperature was 16-18°C. Fourth, grafting. The grafting site should be warm and moist. Grafting methods are docking and plugging. Before grafting, bamboo sticks, blades and hands can be grafted after disinfected in 70% alcohol. 1. Insertion method: The cotyledons of cucumber seedlings are unfolded, and the first true leaf to the 5th coin size of the rootstock pumpkin seedlings is suitable for grafting. During operation, the bamboo sticks are 0.2-0.3 cm thick and the tips are sharpened. Place the tip of the bamboo stick close to the inside of the base of the rootstock and the cotyledon, and insert it obliquely below the other one. The depth of insertion is about 0.5 cm. Do not pierce the skin of the rootstock. With a blade from the cucumber cotyledon about 0.5 cm into the knife, cut a knife on the opposite sides, the cut surface 0.5-0.7 cm long, knife edge to be smooth. After the scion has been cut, the bamboo stick is pulled out of the rootstock and the scion is inserted. The depth of the insertion is equal to that of the cut-out and the rootstock jack. 2, by the connection method: the first true leaf of cucumber begins to unfold, the rootstock pumpkin cotyledons fully expanded for grafting appropriate period. The rootstock seedlings and scion seedlings were carefully excavated from the seedling trays. The growth points between the two sub-lobes of the pumpkin seedlings were first cut with a blade. On the side below the cotyledon and the direction perpendicular to the cotyledon, a downward angle of 35-40 degrees was observed. Cut a knife to a depth of 2/3 of the diameter of the embryonic axis and the length of the incision is about 1 cm. Cucumber seedlings were cut obliquely at a 25-degree angle from 1 cm below the cotyledon to a depth of 1/2 to 2/3 of the diameter of the embryonic axis, and the incision was about 1 cm long. The cuts of cucumbers and squash are inserted accurately and quickly and firmly clamped with plastic clips. After grafting, the cotyledon of the pumpkin is holding the scion cucumber cotyledon. The two overlap each other. After grafting, the grafted seedlings were planted in nutrient bowls. V. Management after grafting. While grafting, the grafted seedlings planted in seedlings were neatly discharged into the nursery bed, and finally a small arch shed was tampered with. The seedbed was not ventilated within 3 days after grafting. The bed temperature was maintained at 25-28°C during the day and 18-20°C at night. The humidity was maintained at 90-95%. After 3 days, the seedlings (with no wilting) were ventilated for a short period of time, and ventilation was gradually increased. After 1 week, the interface is healed and the grasshopper can be gradually removed and large ventilation is started. The bed temperature indicator is 20-25°C during the day and 12-15°C at night. If the bed temperature is lower than 12°C, cover grasshoppers. Nursery stage depending on seedlings poured 1-2 times water.
