3. When the welder is on duty, the welding process requirements should be clarified, check whether the welding consumables are consistent with the process requirements, and avoid mistakes.
4. The welder should check the shape of the kerf and the surrounding cleaning before construction. If it does not meet the requirements, it should be processed.
5. The inflator should be connected first in the welded stainless steel tube and inflated according to the “argon filling methodâ€.
6. Welding operations should be carried out under the conditions of wind and weather protection.
7. Adjust the flow rate of the shielding gas before welding, and exclude the air in the gas delivery pipe and the pipe to be welded for 1-2 minutes. The inlet for argon gas is arranged at the lower end of the pipe, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is maintained at 0.02Mpa~0.05Mpa.
