The method of measuring the number of air changes in the natural ventilation heat aging test chamber is as follows:

1. Close all vents in the test chamber. Seal the door of the box with the adhesive tape, the inlet and outlet ports, the thermometer socket, and the parts where the air circulation between the inside and outside of the box may be exchanged.

2. Place the standard mercury thermometer at the geometric center of the test chamber to observe the temperature inside the test chamber and adjust the temperature of the test chamber to ±2 °C without deviating from the test temperature. After the temperature in the chamber is balanced, the temperature is constant. hour.

3. The power consumption of the test chamber heater in the sealed state for 0.5 hours or more is measured by a standard electric energy meter, and converted into an average power P1. The start and end of the test chamber for measuring the two-position control heater shall be at the corresponding point of the "on-off" of the heating cycle of the test chamber.

4. Remove the sealing tape and adjust the position of the inlet and outlet air holes. After the temperature in the box is balanced, the temperature is constant for 1 hour. In the same way, the power consumption of the test box heater in the unsealed state is measured, and the average power P2 is changed.

5. Measure the ambient temperature at a distance of about 2m from the heat aging test chamber, near the bottom of the test chamber, and at least 0.6m from any physical object. The difference between the temperature inside the chamber and the ambient temperature should be The same, the error should be less than 0.2 °C.

6. After the measurement, calculate according to 6.1 of JBT4278.6 standard. If the obtained test chamber ventilation times do not meet the test conditions, the position of the inlet and outlet holes can be re-adjusted.

7. If the position of the inlet and outlet holes is in the limit condition, the number of air exchanges in the test box is still not in compliance with the regulations, then the test box is unqualified and the work space is not required to be verified.
