Asphalt mixture automatic mixer operating procedures:

1. Turn on the power and set the mixing temperature and mixing time;

2. Press the power switch.

3. When the set temperature is reached, press the “up” button to lift the stirring blade. Pour the pre-heated mixture into the mixing pot;

5. After the agitation is completed, press the “up” button to lift the stirring blade. Open the positioner, invert the pot 90°, and pour out the mixture;

1. Visually check the appearance of the instrument, check whether the signs and materials are complete, and check whether the actual operation is started and whether the closure is flexible.

2. Check the stirring blade speed with a stopwatch.

3. Adjust the temperature control pointer to 150 °C and heat it on. When the heating is stopped, measure the temperature inside the pot with a standard thermometer. Calculate the difference between the temperature inside the pot and the temperature of the pointer.

4, start stirring for 1~1.5min, use the stopwatch to check whether it stops automatically.

1. Check that the mixing blade is installed correctly. Shake the handle to check if there is any jamming in the oil bath mixing pot.

2. Check that the temperature and time control unit is functioning correctly.
