1. Rotary head use precautions

1 The weight difference between the test tubes after the sample is loaded should be less than 0.1g. The tube should be nearly full.

2 The test tubes should be placed symmetrically into the rotor.

3 The assembly of the test tube should pay attention to pressing the O-ring to achieve a good sealing effect.

4 Visual inspection should be carried out before using the rotor, and should not be used when there is a flaw.

5 rotor is the most stressed part of the instrument, the service life is set to 5 billion rpm, although the instrument has a reliable protective structure, but also must double care, to prevent any machine scratches, physical damage, otherwise It will greatly shorten the service life and even cause damage.

2. Precautions during operation

1 If a short-circuit power failure occurs by chance during operation, the instrument will not be put into operation when power is restored. If you need to continue the separation, just press "loss of pressure start", the instrument will continue to work until the end of the time. Because the timer is an electromagnetic counter, it will not return to zero when the power is off, and the sum of the secondary running times is the original time.

2 It is strictly forbidden to drive without the rotor, otherwise it will cause damage to the deflection shaft.

3 The instrument adopts effective oil sealing measures, and no oil pollution will occur in the centrifugal chamber. However, the centrifugal chamber should be cleaned after each test, especially after the freezing has been carried out.

4 After each experiment, check that all buttons are in the original position and the overspeed protection selector switch should also be reset.

3. Daily maintenance content

1 Check the oil quantity, the oil level in the vacuum pump should not be lower than the stain line, and the oil quantity in the tank should not be lower than the oil mark. Lubricating oil and vacuum pump use SY1645-651 vacuum pump oil. It is required to change the oil once every six months.

2 Clean the oil filter and check the smoothness of each oil circuit.

10 If the vacuum gauge indicates abnormality, remove the vacuum hose and wash it with acetone (less than 60 °C) and install the test.

5 The fan is scrubbed once every six months.

6 Always pay attention to the reliability of the grounding wire. It is not allowed to use the neutral wire as the grounding wire.

7 Clean the main motor commutator with aviation gasoline every six months, and observe the commutator for damage. If the finish is too low, it should be ground.
