3, mushroom harvesting and nutritional supplements. After the soaked pieces are covered with a film, they must be kept warm. Mushroom buds can be quickly arched. At this time, the ventilation is enhanced to increase the temperature. The first oyster mushroom can be harvested within 10 to 17 days. After harvesting, the film is uncovered and the shitake mushroom block is fully dried for 7-15 days, followed by dipping in hot water for the second time. After the second mushroom is harvested, some nutrients should be added to the mushroom block. Commonly used nutrients include: triacontanol solution, 30 ppm lemon solution, 0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate and glucose solution, less than 0.2% urea, soybean milk, rice water, mushroom auxin, and the like.
