(three) operational points

2. Beat the egg yolk: Put the egg and sugar into the beater, whipped for 10 to 20 minutes, until the egg yolk volume increases by 2 to 3 times.

3. Noodles: Weigh the treated oats and wheat flour according to the formula ratio, slowly and evenly pour into the whipped egg yolk, and stir while stirring. Finally, the hair agent is put into the hair, and after stirring, the mold can be applied.

4. Upper mold: use a spoon to pour the stirred mixture into a pre-wiped mold. The amount of injection should not be too much, about 2/3 of the mold volume. Immediately after molding, it should be baked in the oven.

5. Baking: Put the mold into a baking box preheated to 180 ° C, bake for 10 to 15 minutes, then bake it out.

6. Cooling and packaging: The cake will be released from the mold immediately, and then packaged. If it is eaten immediately, a small amount of applesauce can be applied, and the taste will be better.

1. Form: The shape is regular and full, and the thickness is even.

2. Color: light yellow, yellowish brown at the bottom.
