Pig farm planning four functional areas

The farm is generally divided into four functional areas, namely living area, production management area, production area, and isolation area. In order to facilitate epidemic prevention and safe production, the above districts should be arranged in order according to the local main wind direction and topography throughout the year.

1. Production area

The production area includes various types of pig houses and production facilities. This is the main construction area in the farm. The general construction area accounts for approximately 70/100-80/100 of the total construction area of the site. The pig house is required to be separated from other pig houses to form a breeding pig area. The breeding area should be set in the direction of less people flow and upwind of the farm. The breeding boar should be in the upwind direction of the breeding swine to prevent the scent of the sow from forming an unpleasant stimulus to the boar, and the scent of the boar can be used to stimulate the estrus of the sow. The branch house must be close to the gestational house and close to the bred house. Finishing pig houses should be located downwind and close to the pighouse. In the design, the direction of the pig house is set to an angle of 30 to 60 degrees with the prevailing wind direction of the local summer, so that the best ventilation conditions are provided for each row of pig houses in summer. In short, we should make full use of the favorable factors according to the local natural conditions so that we can achieve the most favorable production in the layout. At the entrance of the production area, a special disinfection room or disinfection tank should be set up so that personnel and vehicles entering the production area can undergo strict disinfection. Install pigs on the wall and load pigs when selling pigs to avoid outside vehicles entering the field.

2. Production Management Area

Production management areas include administrative and technical offices, reception rooms, feed processing and distribution workshops, feed storage, offices, utilities, garages, sundries, disinfection tanks, changing clothes, and bathing rooms. The area is closely related to daily feeding work and not far from the production area. The feed store should be close to the entry road, and the unloading window should be set on the outside wall. The off-site transport vehicles must not enter the production area, and the feed should be discharged from the discharge window. The disinfection, changing and bathing rooms should be located on the side of the gate. Anyone entering the production area shall be sterilized, bathed, and changed before entering the area.

3. quarantine area

Including veterinary room and quarantine, necropsy and disposal facilities, manure treatment and storage facilities. This area is the focus of hygiene and epidemic prevention and environmental protection. It should be set in the downwind or off-wind direction and low-lying area of the entire farm to avoid the spread of immune diseases and environmental pollution.

4. Living Area

Including offices, reception rooms, financial offices, canteens, dormitories, etc. This is a place for the daily life of managers and their families and should be established separately. It is usually located in the upwind direction of the production area, or in parallel with the wind direction and high ground. In addition, a fence or an epidemic prevention ditch should be built around the farm in order to prevent pests and animals from entering the site.

Cosmetic Ingredients

Cosmetics are compound mixtures made from various raw materials after reasonable blending and processing. There are many types of cosmetics raw materials with different properties. According to the raw material properties and uses of cosmetics, it can be roughly divided into two categories: base raw materials and auxiliary raw materials. The former is a main raw material of cosmetics, which occupies a large proportion in cosmetic formulations, and is the main functional substance in cosmetics. The latter is responsible for shaping, stabilizing or imparting color, fragrance and other characteristics to cosmetics. These substances are not used in large amounts in cosmetic formulations, but are extremely important. Cosmetics are chemical mixtures made of natural, synthetic or extracted substances with different functions as raw materials and processed through production processes such as heating, stirring and emulsification.
