Raw material processing: Corn cob is required to be fresh, mold-free, exposed for 3 to 5 days before use, and turned over several times without pulverizing and rolling, directly using whole corn cob cultivation. Mushroom management: 6 to 7 days after sowing, the bed surface begins to have mushroom tangs, and the overall balance of temperature, humidity, light and gas in the shed is mastered to promote the development and growth of fruiting bodies. The temperature of the shed should be kept at 28~33°C, and the temperature should be kept above 33°C. If the temperature is higher than 40°C, the mushroom buds will die. If the temperature is lower than 30°C, the growth will stop. The air humidity will remain at 90%-95%. Try not to spray water on the mushroom bed. The hydration can fill the aisle, and the scattered growth of the fruiting body requires a certain amount of scattered light.
Tide management: 10 to 15 days of mushroom picking, no water spray after the end of the mushroom, the mushroom bed covered the film intermittently for 3 days, so that the hyphae resume growth, then adjust the temperature of the shed above 30 °C, spray a heavy water, water storage between the daytime Ditch the 1% lime water, keep the relative humidity of the air in the shed 90%~95%, properly ventilate, stimulate the differentiation and bud, and carry out the management of the tide.
Note: The same strain should be used when cultivating straw mushroom in a greenhouse. If it is replaced, it will easily reduce production.
