Early spring fruit trees sprouting notes

In the spring of the year, many fruit growers have begun to prepare for the tooth carving of fruit trees in early spring. In order to prevent the production from being reduced due to improper operation, some precautions are now introduced to the fruit farmers:

1. The role of sprouting should be clear: Carving buds are 0.3 to 0.5 cm above the dried shoots of the fruit branches. Cut the cortical sieve tube or a few xylem vessels with a knife or a small hacksaw. Carved shoots can be directed at the missing branches of large trees. The sapling canopy is skewed and the sprouting can balance the tree structure. Sprinkle buds can be drawn out of short and medium branches. Before the buds with horizontal branches and angles start to sprout, the buds on both sides of the branches and under the back shoots compete for water and nutrients, which can inhibit the germination of the back buds and effectively reduce the back strips.

2. The sprouting should be targeted: To draw long branches, the budding should be early (in early March), deep (to the xylem), wide (width greater than the width of the bud), close to (about 0.2 cm from the bud ). In order to draw short branches, the budding should be late (in mid-March), shallow (carved to the xylem, but not to the xylem), narrow (width less than the width of the bud), and far (about 0.5 cm from the bud).
